 Our policy is, that we are only using the airlines servicing our client's horses the absolute best standard.
We are always choosing non-stop flights when possible, even though they are more expensive. The same person, who collects the horse at the place of origin, will for the most part accompany the horse(s) all the way to the airport of destination.
This gives a continuity of care and comfort to the horses.
It can be very stressful for horses to travel in new or different environments; we believe that it can be minimized by a knowledgeable professional person who takes the time to know your horse.
We want to do these transports with the condition and safety of the horse as the most important
aspect along with a fair price as much as possible.
When possible by e-mail, we will once or twice a day inform you where on the route your horse is, and how the trip is going. Also confirmation by an e-mail as soon as the horse has landed at the airport of destination.
Communication with you and your horse is what we believe sets us apart from other agents and services.
The people, we have onboard the aircraft, are all certified by NPTC/AATA and have a long professional history with horses and horse transportation.
